The U.S. Figure Skating Championships is the perfect event for figure skating fanatics and casual skating fans to come together in celebrating this incredible sport and cheer on Team USA figure skaters.
Held since 1914, the U.S. Championships is the nation’s most prestigious figure skating event in the United Sates. U.S. champions will be crowned in ladies, men’s, pairs and ice dance at the senior, junior, novice, intermediate and juvenile levels. The event serves as the final qualifying competition to determine the U.S. World Figure Skating Team each year and the U.S. Olympic Team every four years.
The reigning U.S. Champions are 2018 Olympic Team members Bradie Tennell, Nathan Chen, Alexa Scimeca-Knierim and Chris Knierim, and Madison Hubbell and Zachary Donohue. Past champions include skating legends Meryl Davis and Charlie White, Michelle Kwan, Kristi Yamaguchi, and Scott Hamilton.
