Evolution Synchronized Skating Teams is an elite competitive organization under the experienced leadership and instruction of both National and International Championship recognized Coaches, at The Detroit Skating Club, in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. Evolution fields teams for training and competitive levels: Beginner level for the very youngest skaters to our Junior Team [Evolution’s international competitors] and our Adult team that includes many Evolution and Team Elan skaters from past teams. Our skaters train all season using techniques of ballet and dance, along with strength and conditioning to master the grace, stamina and endurance needed for serious competition. Our skaters learn the importance of teamwork, focus, and team spirit.
Our Evolution skaters have wonderful opportunities to see the world. Our Evolution skaters have competed in countries around the world such as Italy, Sweden and Germany; earning top positions on the podium. Our upper echelon International Junior Evolution Skaters are role models and inspiration to our younger team skaters. They both guide and encourage younger teammates along the beginning path of a successful and exciting competition season.
In addition to Evolution being a unified skating team organization; Evolution is a skating family, for both skaters and parents alike! our Evolution skaters enjoy many out-of-rink social and charitable activities to help form team bonding and friendships. There is nothing more exciting than going to competition and showing team spirit while cheering on our Evolution family!
